Privacy policy

Who processes your personal data and how, when you visit haccly.eu, write to us or sign a contract with us.

Version of 21 October 2026 · In effect

Haccly is in a pilot phase. These documents describe the rules that already apply or have been decided. Points not yet decided are marked as such. Before sales start, a lawyer reviews the documents and we publish the final versions.

Controller

The controller of your data is Kamil Nadworski, running a sole proprietorship under the business name NKode Kamil Nadworski. For anything about your data, write to kontakt@haccly.eu (in Polish) or hello@haccly.eu (in English).

See: Contact and company details

Data in the Haccly app

Entries, staff accounts and other data that an organisation (for example a restaurant) enters into the app are processed by us on its behalf. That organisation is then the controller, and our duties are set out in the Data processing agreement. If you work at a venue that uses Haccly, contact your employer about your rights.

Visiting the website

To send you a page, the server has to receive your device's IP address and basic information about your browser. The website runs on OVH servers in Poland. We count visits with Umami on our own server (stats.haccly.eu), without cookies and without storing your IP address. It records:

  • the pages you visit and the page you came from,
  • the type of browser, operating system and device, and screen size,
  • the browser language and an approximate location (country, region, city) worked out from the IP address,
  • clicks on selected buttons: the pilot sign-up, our e-mail addresses, the language switch and the sample form (only whether the sample reading was out of range, not what you typed).

Purpose: running and protecting the website and seeing which parts are useful. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

E-mail and pilot sign-up

The website has no forms: the contact buttons show our address to copy or open your own e-mail program. If you write to us, we process your e-mail address, your name and what you put in the message, for example the venue name, city, type of business and number of venues. Purpose: replying and, for a pilot sign-up, agreeing on the pilot. Legal bases: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Customers and billing

When a business signs a contract with us, we process the data of the person who represents it and of contact people (name, e-mail address, phone number if given) and invoicing data. Legal bases: performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in pursuing or defending claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep data

  • e-mail: as long as needed to handle the matter; if it leads to a contract, for the duration of the contract,
  • contract data: for the duration of the contract and then until claims become time-barred,
  • invoices and payment records: for the period required by tax and accounting law,
  • visit statistics: without your IP address or cookies.

Recipients

We do not sell data. It is available only to providers we need: OVH (website and statistics servers, Poland) and Purelymail (Add Rabbit LLC, USA), the provider of our haccly.eu mailboxes. E-mail data may therefore reach the USA; we will add the basis for this transfer once we have clarified it with the provider. When we start taking payments, Stripe and an invoicing system will be added.

Cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. What we save in your browser and why is described in the Cookie policy.

See: Cookie policy

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and get a copy of it,
  • have it corrected,
  • have it deleted,
  • restrict processing,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • receive the data you gave us in connection with a contract in a format you can move elsewhere.

Write to kontakt@haccly.eu or hello@haccly.eu. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

Other information

Giving us your data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot reply, and without contract data we cannot sign a contract. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling. If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
