Subscription and payment terms

How we will bill Haccly. We are running the pilot now; prices and some terms will be published before sales start.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Haccly is in a pilot phase. These documents describe the rules that already apply or have been decided. Points not yet decided are marked as such. Before sales start, a lawyer reviews the documents and we publish the final versions.

Pilot

We are starting with a small group of pilot venues. We create the accounts, and agree the pilot terms with each venue individually.

Pricing model

  • a monthly fee per venue, with a set number of people included,
  • a small extra charge for each additional active user,
  • a user counts as active in a month in which they made at least one entry, so you do not pay for people who did not work that month,
  • several plans that differ in features and in limits for reading documents from photos.

Plan names, prices, currency and VAT will be published before sales start.

Free trial

Instead of a free version there is a free trial. Its length and whether a card is needed to start it are not decided yet.

Payments and invoices

Subscriptions and card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Invoices come from a Polish invoicing system connected to KSeF, the national e-invoicing system. More payment methods may be added later.

Billing period, renewal and refunds

The billing period, how the subscription renews and when fees are refunded are not decided yet. They will be in the price list before sales start.

Price changes

We announce price changes by e-mail in advance. If you do not accept a change, you can terminate the contract before it takes effect.
